Celebrating Touchstone Foundation’s 25th Anniversary

Touchstone Foundation celebrates our 25th anniversary in 2024. On July 1, 1999, after the sale of Community Hospital of Lancaster, Touchstone Foundation became an independent public charity. We changed our name in 2022 from Lancaster Osteopathic Health Foundation to Touchstone Foundation, and our mission has been the same: we elevate the mental wellbeing of youth and children in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Throughout 2024, Touchstone Foundation will celebrate our 25th anniversary with a series of events and opportunities to learn more about youth mental wellness in our community. We invite you to join us!

Coloring Book – Calling All Artists! Touchstone Foundation is looking to create a community coloring book with artwork that exemplifies mental wellbeing! We want to include everyone; all ages are encouraged to submit! More details to come soon on guidelines for what type of artwork we’re looking for!

“Feast of the Senses” – Everyone is invited and welcome to join us on May 9, 2024, for our third annual celebration of youth mental wellness. Seating is limited. Purchase your ticket by April 11 and embark on a journey exploring sight, touch, sound, scent, and taste through delicious food and drink pairings. The event includes silent auction, raffles, and a live auction.

“Faces of Touchstone Foundation” – We invite all current and past program participants to share your story and journey in mental wellness as we lift and celebrate you! Submit your story here

“Touchstone Chats” – every First Thursday, we welcome our volunteers and supporters to join us for lunch or dinner. These small group conversations are an informal opportunity to learn more, ask questions, and connect with local folks like you who care about youth mental wellness in our community. Student Symposium – Announcing our first-ever Student Symposium, in partnership with Millersville University. Save the Date: Friday, September 27 at The Ware Center, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Programs Celebration – Everyone is welcome to join us as we celebrate program participants such as scholarship recipients and clinical fellowship program participants, including graduates who recently earned their clinical license in mental health therapy or counseling.
