Join us for our next episode on Wednesday, April 15th at 7:00 PM, featuring child and adolescent psychiatrist Thomas Foley, MD, and guest Touchstone Foundation Executive Director Anna Kennedy, who will lead our grounding exercises.
Together, we’ll explore:
- Through family resilience, children learn to stay with difficult emotions rather than escape them.
- Through co-regulation, parents model calm, focus, and intentional technology use
- Through strong relationships, connection becomes more powerful than distraction.
- And through a growth mindset, struggles with attention and focus become opportunities to build lifelong skills.
Technology isn’t just something kids use—it’s something shaping how they think, feel, and respond.
In today’s digital world, algorithms are designed to capture attention and reinforce habits—making it harder for kids to step away.
This series is designed specifically for parents and caregivers—creating space for learning, reflection, and shared experience without judgment.
