Welcome Lindsay Ditlow: Touchstone Foundation’s New Programs Assistant!
We’re thrilled to officially welcome Lindsay Ditlow to the Touchstone Foundation team in her new role as Programs Assistant! If you’ve attended one of our programs recently or connected with our team about youth mental wellness, chances are you’ve already experienced Lindsay’s thoughtful coordination and passion for community care.
What does Lindsay do at Touchstone Foundation?
“A typical day for me can involve a little bit of anything!” Lindsay shares. “My role primarily focuses on our programs—from development to implementation. I’m often working on projects related to our Rise Above cohorts, our Mental Health Access Assistance programming, and our upcoming Student Symposium!”
Lindsay’s role keeps her at the heart of Touchstone’s programming, supporting the systems that make our initiatives possible and effective for Lancaster County’s youth and families.
Why Touchstone? Why now?
“I love working at Touchstone because of the approach we take in making mental healthcare accessible and effective for residents in our own community,” Lindsay says. “While I’ve always had a passion for working with children and families, it’s been incredibly rewarding to contribute at the macro level. To see a program go from concept to launch—and know that means someone in Lancaster is receiving the care they deserve—that’s powerful.”
And something you might not know about Lindsay?
“I used to be petrified of public speaking,” she admits. “But I took a stand-up comedy class in undergrad, and for the final project, we had to perform a five-minute set at the local Funny Bone. It was terrifying—but also transformative. That experience helped me find my voice, shake off expectations, and become more confident in front of a crowd. It was one of the best things I ever did for my personal and professional growth!”
Lindsay brings that same courage, flexibility, and sense of purpose to her role every day. We’re so excited to have her energy and experience on our team as we continue to elevate mental wellness across Lancaster County.
Welcome to the team, Lindsay!
