There are lots of free and low-cost health care options available to PA residents. If eligible, Medical Assistance is completely free and other options like CHIP and Pennie offer low-costs and financial assistance. 

Starting on April 17th, 2024 and continuing every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 12-5pm, Touchstone Foundation will be partnering with Pennsylvania Health Access Network to provide free health coverage enrollment assistance. During your appointment, a health coverage navigator will start by screening you for coverage. After screening, the health coverage navigator can help you submit an application for Medical Assistance, CHIP, Pennie, etc. 

Walk-ins welcome, appointments preferred. These appointments will be in-person at Touchstone’s office located at 128 E Grant Street, Suite 104 in Lancaster, PA. 

Please come prepared to your appointment with:

• Birth dates of everyone in your household

• Current income information, including paystubs or other proof of income if relevant 

• Updated address

• Any other relevant household information such as current immigration status or social security numbers
