Dr. Thomas Foley
Thomas Foley, MD is a board-certified child, adolescent, and general psychiatrist who works closely with young people and their families. He brings a warm, collaborative approach to supporting youth mental wellness and values partnership with parents, caregivers, and schools. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys staying active, spending time in nature, and being with his wife and three children.
Executive Director, Anna Kennedy-Touchstone Foundation
Anna Kennedy is a Mom and the Executive Director of Touchstone Foundation and brings more than 20 years of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership. She holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning and has long been committed to advancing community health and mental wellness through collaboration, advocacy, and systems-level work. Anna is actively engaged in local and statewide health initiatives and volunteers in the Lancaster community, including serving as a Girl Scout troop leader.
