Most Board members serve on a committee before joining the Board of Directors. Board members are responsible for developing policies, procedures, and regulations for the organization’s operations and monitoring financial health, programs, and overall performance. They maintain a working knowledge of finances, operations, programs, and legal framework.

The Touchstone Foundation Board of Directors meets six times per year, on the second Thursday from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. Additionally, officers serve on an Executive Committee which meets six times per year on the second Thursday from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
